住んでる建物の構造や階や位置にもよるが経験者としては建物の構造と言うより､やはり住んでる住人によるものだと思う。

子供の居る家族と１人暮らしなら子供の居る家族が騒いだり走り回ったりすれば音が響く。(勿論１人暮らしだから静かとは限らないが)
